1. Digital Products (Software Licenses)

• Digital products such as software licenses (Microsoft, Adobe, AutoDesk, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.
• Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of software keys and licenses are final. Once the license has been issued, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers are advised to review the product details carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Defective or Incorrect Product

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@softwaredeal.in. We will investigate and offer a replacement or correct the error if applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be canceled before the product key or license is delivered. Once the key is issued, cancellations are not accepted.
• If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they should contact our support team immediately.

4. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will only be issued for products or services that are canceled before the delivery of the software license or physical shipment.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
